Riot Games’ North American League of Legends pro league, the LCS, has unveiled a new brand identity ahead of the start of its 2021 season. The new logo and colors move the league firmly away from the shield and coloring of the original LCS iconography, following a similar move made by the league’s European counterpart in 2019.
The new brand identity comes complete with a new tagline – “Made by Many.”
Earlier this week, Korea’s LCK also revealed an updated logo. Additionally, many esports organizations have debuted new branding going into the 2021 esports seasons including LEC teams EXCEL and Rogue, fighting game organization Panda Global, China’s FunPlus Phoenix, and even tournament organizer DreamHack.
