The League Champions Series and ROCCAT have partnered as the company becomes the league’s official mouse and keyboard provider. ROCCAT will outfit the broadcast team, player’s set ups, LCS Arena and Arcade. The company partnership begins this weekend, April 10, as the LCS broadcast returns for the Mid-Season Showdown Finals.
ROCCAT will continue to be the mouse and keyboard provider for the league until the 2022 Mid-Season Showdown, as the partnership will be renewed in January of 2022, according to the statement.

“We are excited to welcome ROCCAT to the LCS family,” said Matt Archambault, Head of Partnerships for NA & OCE Esports at Riot Games.
When the LCS studio opens back up, the casters will be outfit with Elo series headsets, Vulcan keyboards and Burst gaming mice. ROCCAT will also have its own broadcast sponsored moment, the “Flip the Switch” replay moment. The segment will be a highlight from recent game, possibly introduced on the analyst desk.
In conjunction with the announcement, the two organizations will hold a fanart sweepstakes. The winner of the competition will have their LCS-themed designs put on the mice and keyboards of the LCS Arena. Some fans will also win the customized products .
ROCCAT and League of Legends
Some fans may recognize the ROCCAT brand as more than a computer accessory company. The organization has a League of Legends team up until 2019 when the LEC franchised and did not accept the team. The team disbanded and the ROCCAT brand has not represented a League of Legends squad since.

The team was not too notable. It never qualified for international competition and never finished above fourth in the regular season. But, the team was the first European League Champions Series squad to debut region veterans Marcin “Jankos” Jankowski and Oskar “Vander” Bogdan.
