Forza Horizon 5's already extensive vehicle park of over 600 cars is about to grow bigger with 24 new units coming to the game.
Playground Games teased some of the additions during the recent Forza Horizon 5: Let's ¡GO! showcase. In the upcoming Series 2 and Series 3 seasonal updates, players can expect lots of shiny new beaters — some of which have appeared in the racing series before and are highly valued by the community.
To begin with, the team introduced the 2012 Lamborghini Aventador J — a roofless version of fan-favorite Aventador, already available in several variants in Horizon 5. The next one is the 2011 Ferrari 599 GTO, which is yet another beautiful and fast car from a well-known Italian manufacturer. You can see them in action in the full dev live stream below.
Other notable vehicles include the 1973 Lamborghini Espada 400 GT, 1939 Maserati 8CTF, 1989 Lotus Carlton, 2013 Donkervoort D8 GTO, fan-favorite Peel P50 and more. All the brand-new cars can be earned via the Festival Playlist, the Forzathon Shop, Car Pass, or your lucky Wheelspin. Keep in mind that these hot cars will be arriving in the game gradually throughout the coming weeks.
Forza Horizon 5's upcoming Christmas-themed Series 2 kicks off on December 9, bringing more content to the game. Besides the new cars, the update will add holiday-themed decorations to some locations in Mexico, plenty of various cosmetics and customization items for your wheels to stand out from the crowd, as well as new challenge events to keep you engaged. The most unique offer is the gifting challenge, which will reward players with an exclusive outfit and secret car if enough people send each other presents.
Unfortunately, as excited as you can get for these extra rides and rewards, many console players are encountering infinite save screens across Xbox Series X and Series S at different activities, which may ruin your auction purchase or Super 7 challenge completion.
The support team already acknowledged it's aware of the problem and will release a fix as soon as possible so that everyone can enjoy the Mexico Horizon Festival uninterrupted.
